This is to maintain consistency and ensure that all attendees can understand the content being presented.\n<br><br>\n2. <span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Presentation Storage<\/span>: Authors are required to bring their presentations on USB flash drives or mobile hard disk to the \u201cSlide Center\u201d. This standardizes the process and minimizes technical difficulties related to file transfers. All presentations will have to be based on Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or later versions, or PDF.\n<br><br>\n3. <span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Equipment Availability<\/span>: The session room is equipped with laptop computers and a LCD projector, making it unnecessary for presenters to bring their own laptops. Speakers will not be allowed to use their own laptop. This setup facilitates a smoother transition between presentations and ensures compatibility with the provided technology.\n<br><br>\n4. <span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Special Equipment Requests<\/span>: If your presentation requires special equipment, you must submit a written request to vito.dinoto@unipd.it at least two weeks before the meeting. If possible, the organizer will accept the request. Those with Apple-based presentations should make sure they are saved in a PC-compatible format.\n<br><br>\n5. <span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Speaker Ready Room<\/span>: There is no designated Speaker Ready Room. Therefore, it is crucial that you come prepared and ensure your presentation is ready for display on the provided equipment. Speakers should contact the technicians in the \u201cSlide Center\u201d to upload their presentation at least two hours before the beginning of their session or in the afternoon of the day before, in case of early morning presentations.\n<br><br>\n6. <span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Session Preparation<\/span>: Arrive early to familiarize yourself with the setup and introduce yourself to the Session Chairs. This early arrival helps in establishing a rapport with the session organizers and ensures any last-minute details are addressed.\n<br><br>\n7. <span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Duration of Talks<\/span>: for Keynotes is 30 min; for Invited is 25 min; for Oral is 20 min. No additional time is allotted specifically for Q&amp;A sessions. You must incorporate a Q&amp;A segment within your allotted presentation time as specified in the Program. Plan your talk accordingly to ensure a balanced delivery of content and interaction with your audience.\n<br><br>\nBy following these guidelines, you will contribute to the overall success of the session and ensure a professional and efficient presentation experience for both yourself and your audience.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <div class=\"row center-xs middle-xs\"> <\/div><\/div> <\/div><div data-label=\"Poster\" data-id=\"content--2\" data-export-id=\"content-12\" data-category=\"content\" class=\"content-12 content-section content-section-spacing\" id=\"poster\"><div class=\"gridContainer\"> <div class=\"row text-center\"><div class=\"section-title-col\" data-type=\"column\"> <h2 class=\"\">Posters<\/h2> <p class=\"lead\">1. Your poster must fit within the dimensions of A0 print format (841 x 1189 mm\/33.1 x 46.8 inches).<br>\nYour poster must be laid out vertically (portrait layout).\n<br><br>\n2. All poster presentations MUST be in English.\n<br><br>\n3. All posters may be put from Monday morning from 8:30 on the poster board corresponding to the assigned poster number \u2013 please check on the final program at the conference. You do not need to bring any material to put your poster: all the necessary equipment will be furnishedy by the organization.\n<br><br>\n4. Posters will be displayed during the whole duration of the conference. Presenters are asked to present their poster on the assigned day as listed in the meeting program.\n<br><br>\n5. Posters will have to be removed by the end of the meeting.
