1To qualify for the student rate proof of your full-time student status (letter from the supervisior or department head stating you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student) must be attached when requested during the registration procedure;
Registration includes:
- welcome reception
- access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area;
- conference programme and e-book of abstracts;
- certificate of attendance;
- conference lunches and coffee/tea breaks.
Payments are accepted by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refunds will be handled after the conference.
AUTHORS REGISTRATION
At least one author per accepted abstract is requested to register for the ELECTROSPIN Conference. Failure to register will result in the exclusion of the paper. Authors wishing to withdraw their abstract or unable to attend are kindly requested to inform by email (meet@meetandwork.com) the Organizing Secretariat, so that the programme can be promptly updated.
We recommend authors to register through the same LINK used to submit their paper entering their USERNAME (= surname) and abstract PIN on the relevant fields and then clicking on CHECK ABSTRACT’S STATUS. On the next screen you will see the status of the submitted abstract and a button: “REGISTER THE PRESENTING AUTHOR” >> click there to make your registraton.
Electrospin 2026 Social Dinner: an unforgettable evening
The Social Dinner of ELECTROSPIN 2026 will offer participants the opportunity to experience the cultural heritage of the Venetian Lagoon in a refined and distinguished setting.
A unique Venetian experience combining culture, atmosphere, and fine dining.
The Social Dinner of ELECTROSPIN 2026 begins in Padua, where participants will board private buses before embarking on a scenic boat journey across the Venetian Lagoon.
Venice will appear on the horizon as the boat approaches the area of St. Mark’s Square.
Guests will enjoy 90 minutes of free time to wander through one of the world’s most iconic settings.
As the sun sets, the cruise resumes toward Murano, with golden reflections dancing across the lagoon waters.
The evening reaches its highlight at the Glass Cathedral — an extraordinary venue where a welcome cocktail and guided visit will introduce a Gala Dinner in a truly unique atmosphere.
A magical night will conclude with the return journey by boat and bus to Padua.

The fee includes: bus transportation to Venice, boarding, boat navigation and stop at St. Mark’s Square, boat transfer to the island of Murano and dinner at the Glass Cathedral.

How to book your tickets for the Social Dinner online:
– when registering for the congress: once you have selected the registration fee corresponding to your category, the system will show you the option to book the tickets for the Social Dinner for you and for an accompanying person;
– afterwards: logging in again with your credentials from the registration link and booking the ticket/s for the Social Dinner.
Schedule and Highlights
- Departure from Padua
Guests will depart from Padua by bus and reach the embarkation point. - Cruise to Venice
A private boat will take participants across the Venetian Lagoon toward Venice, offering scenic views along the way. - Stop near St. Mark’s Square
The boat will dock near St. Mark’s Square, allowing 90 minutes of free time to explore one of the most iconic areas in the world. - Sunset Cruise to Murano
Navigation will then resume toward Murano, with the opportunity to admire the sunset over the lagoon. - Gala Dinner at the Glass Cathedral
Arrival at the Glass Cathedral.
A welcome cocktail and guided visit of the venue will precede the Gala Dinner in this unique and atmospheric setting. - Return to Padua
After dinner, guests will return by boat and bus to Padua.
