As a rule, the duration of each presentation is 15 minutes: about 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers. A few communications have a longer duration. Please check carefully the scientific program to identify exactly day, room and time schedule of your speech.<\/p><p>HOW:<br \/>Speakers must bring their presentations at the &#8220;Slide Center&#8221; in one of the following formats:<br \/>&#8211; USB Flash drive or mobile hard disk.<br \/>&#8211; Presenters WILL NOT be permitted to connect their laptop to the projector.<\/p><p>WHEN:<br \/>&#8211; For morning Sessions: please report to the &#8221; Slide Center &#8221; the day before the presentation.\u00a0<br \/>&#8211; For afternoon Sessions: please report to the &#8221; Slide Center &#8221; in the morning, at the latest by 11.00 am.<\/p><p>If you have movies\/audio files in your presentation, please check in advance very carefully that it runs smoothly.<\/p><p>Note that movie and audio files are typically not embedded in your PowerPoint file. Therefore be sure to bring with you all the original movie\/audio files (.mpeg, .avi, .mpg, .wav, etc.) and report to the Slide Center well in advance.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #9e292b\"><strong>POSTER PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong><br \/><\/strong><strong>Poster board dimensions are\u00a0<\/strong><strong>90 cm wide (35 inch), 140 cm high (55 inch), portrait orientation.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Therefore, we have indicated as maximum poster dimensions\u00a080 cm (width) x 100 cm (height) \u2013 portrait orientation.<\/strong><br \/>Adhesives (no pins allowed) for fastening the poster will be provided by the Organizing Secretariat.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Posters will be on display for informal viewing throughout the Conference.
