Dissemination at Ecomondo 2024

On 5 November 2024 the latest research results of the GLASS_Trea.S.U.Res project were presented at Ecomondo (Rimini, Italy); the international reference event in Europe and the Mediterranean basin for technologies , services and industrial solutions in the green and circular economy sectors. Ms Giulia Tameni and Mr Emanuele De Rienzo presented their contributions: ‘Alkali activation as suitable environment solution: from scraps to building materials’ and ‘Mild alkali activation: a sustainable method for valorization of glasses and volcanic inorganic residues’  during the session Technological solutions for resources recovery from end-of-life products and materials. Mr Francesco Carollo exposed his contribution: ‘Upcycling of un-recyclable Opal glass waste through alkali activation’ during the poster session.
