MAIN RESEARCH INTERESTS
a. Development of chiral simulation methods and protocols to boost chiral material implementation. The simulation methodology is based on chiral free-energy based approaches, quantum-chemical methods with their timede-pendent implementation, absorbance and luminescence predictions, including circular dichroism and circularly polarized photoluminescence, CISS (chirality-induced spin selectivity) simulations.
b. Fundamental investigations of the chemical-physical processes that enhance the emissions in chiral materials.
c. Predictions of the chiral properties (i.e. luminescence, CISS) of new green hybrid chiral materials (i.e. chiral perovskites) without toxic components.
