All participants to ACee 2025 must register: please click on the button here below, you will be re-directed to Meet and Work’s website, where you will enter the online registration procedure.
Online registration will be possible until July 10th, 2025. After this date you will still have the opportunity to register on site.
After successfully completing the registration process with the payment, you will receive your confirmation of congress registration and the invoice by e-mail.
* Deadline for Early Fee is April 30th, 2025, at 23:59 CEST.

SCI-ACee member – You must be a SCI and ACee member in good standing to be considered for this rate. You can join or renew your membership by visiting: http://www.soc.chim.it/.
2 Students – Master/PhD/PostDocs younger than 30 years. To qualify for this rate, you will be required to attach a document during your registration process (proof of your status: letter from the supervisor or department head confirming your student status and/or age).
3 Students not SCI members – This fee includes the registration for 1 year to the Società Chimica Italiana and to the ACee Interdivisional Group.
The conference registration fee includes:
– Participation in the scientific sessions of the Congress and access to the exhibition area
– Congress kit and documentation related to the scientific program
– Certificate of attendance
– Welcome party
– Coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled in the programme
Cancellation policy
Please note that any cancellations must be requested on or before June 15th, 2025. An administration fee of € 100 will be applied to all cancellations.
There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after June 15th, 2025.
