Hotel Accommodation

We recommend you make your hotel reservation well in advance.

Block reservations have been made at different category hotels near the congress venue at special rates. Blocks of rooms have been booked for 6 nights (31 August-6 September)

Hotel booking at special price is perfomed during the Registration and is managed by  MEET AND WORK srl (for info, please contact the Organizing Secretariat at meet@meetandwork.com).

How to make your hotel booking online through MEET AND WORK srl:
– when registering for the congress: once you have selected the registration fee corresponding to your category, the system will ask you if you wish to book further services, as social events or hotel booking;
– or afterwards: logging in again with your credentials from the registration link and adding the request for a hotel booking or other services.

Any enquiries or requests for additional information, changes or cancellations of room reservations are to be made in writing and addressed directly to Meet and Work by email (meet@meetandwork.com) and not to the hotel.
