All participants to BeLI24 must register: please click on the button here below, you will be re-directed to Meet and Work’s website, where you will enter the online registration procedure.
Online registration will be possible until August 19th, 2024. After this date you will still have the opportunity to register on site.
After successfully completing the registration process with the payment, you will receive your confirmation of congress registration and the invoice by e-mail.
Starting date for the online registration: March 25th, 2024.
* Deadline for Early Fee is July 15th, 2024, at 23:59 CEST.
1 Postdocs / Young Scientist – Only non-staff members younger than 30 years. You will be required to attach a document during your registration process (proof of your status: document providing your age and your professional position).
2 Students – To qualify for this rate, you will be required to attach a document during your registration process (proof of your status: letter from the supervisor or department head confirming your student status).
3 Participant or student from least developed countries – Please check on the LDC list if you qualify for the reduced fee. Please note you must be based full-time in the applicable countries in order to be eligible for the discounted registration rate. You will be required to attach a document providing your affiliation country.
4 Accompanying Person – Includes: Welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled in the programme, and “Wine & Cheese” during Poster sessions.
The conference registration fee includes:
– Participation in the scientific sessions of the Congress and access to the exhibition area
– Congress kit and documentation related to the scientific program
– Certificate of attendance
– Welcome cocktail

Cancellation policy
Please note that any cancellations must be requested on or before July 15th, 2024. An administration fee of € 100 Euro will be applied to all cancellations.
There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after July 15th, 2024.

Registrations will have to be accompanied by proof of payment in order to be processed:
– indicate credit card details on the registration form and sign to authorise charge (accepted cards: MASTER CARD / VISA)
