How to reach Padua by plane
The closest airports are Venice Airport and Treviso Airport.
From there you can reach Padua by cab, shuttle, train or coach.
By cab or shuttle:
- From Venice airport. There is an Air service with a collective minibus at the cost of approximately 35 € per person. Book 24 hours in advance by e-mail (see site). An equivalent service is offered by Landomas.
- From Treviso airport. There is an Air service at the cost of approximately 42 € per person. Book 24 hours in advance by e-mail (see site). An equivalent service is offered by GoOpti at the cost of approximately 35 € per person.
By coach:
- From Venice airport. You can use BUSITALIA bus service. Departures are every 30 minutes from just beside airport’s entrance hall. In the timetable select VENEZIA AEROPORTO (Airport) as departure (Fermate di Partenza) and PADOVA AUTOSTAZIONE (railway station) as arrival (Fermate di Arrivo), select the travel day (Data di viaggio) and then click on CORSE DI ANDATA.
- From Treviso airport. You can use BUSITALIA bus service or MOM bus service. Departures are every 30 minutes just in front of airport’s entrance hall (just across the street). For further information see Treviso Airport website.
By bus + train:
- From Venice airport. Reach the Mestre-Venice railway station by bus ATVO Fly Bus or ACTV bus n° 15 (click here for further details); for ACTV see the timetable from AEROPORTO (Airport) to STAZIONE FS (Railway station), feriale (weekday) or festivo (holiday). Take a train to Padua on Trenitalia website. The trip is around 30 + 20 minutes.
